SysTuner
On this page, you can download the source code of SysTuner and SysTuner Light. Both source codes are provided as-is, with no warranties. They are poorly documented and organized (hey, I was 14 years old, with no Delphi or OOP skills when I started the SysTuner project).
You can modify the source code, create derived programs and use parts of this code in your own programs and even sell them as long as:
- you do not use the word SysTuner in the name of any derived work (i.e. you have to think up a different name than SysTuner for your derived programs),
- you clearly state in the derived program user interface AND in documentation, that your program is derived from SysTuner by Michal Strehovsky and provide a link to my website http://www.migeel.sk. (example: “This product is derived from SysTuner, an open-source windows tweaker by Michal Strehovsky (http://www.migeel.sk/).”),
- you distribute the source code along with this text
It would be nice if you would also publish the source code of your modifications but I do not insist on this, as I am not a programmer’s freedom infringement advocate (this is also a reason why I do not use GPL license for my sources).
